A masked man armed with a gun robbed a Magnolia bank Wednesday, making off with a bag of cash, according to the Seattle Police Department.
According to police, the man entered the US Bank near 31st Avenue West and West McGraw Street around 11 a.m.
He flashed a gun and ordered customers and staff to get on the ground before escaping with a bag of cash, according to police.
A customer who was leaving the bank and had no idea it was just robbed said the robber pushed him out of the way during his escape.
“I couldn’t figure it out,” the customer said. “Who runs that fast out of a bank?”
Officers found what they believe was the yellow jacket the robber was wearing in a nearby alley but not the robber himself.
